What is PFAD?

PFAD (palm fatty acid distillate) is a fatty acid stream from refining along the crude palm oil chain. Industrial buyers take it as feedstock under lot-agreed specs.

Do not confuse it with PKFAD from palm kernel oil refining. Short names look alike; origins and acceptance limits do not.

Write the full product name, volume, and receiving point on the RFQ. Physical state can shift with temperature and refining cycles.
