Chopped EFB is empty fruit bunch run through a chipper so screws and belts can take shorter pieces. It is the same mill by-product as whole bunch, not a drier grade.
Admine briefs calorific value above 1,700 kcal/kg and moisture max 50% by weight for chopped palm bunch. Whole EFB is often briefed wetter, at moisture max 55%. Write chopped versus whole on the RFQ or quotes will mix two handling systems.
Send monthly or weekly tonnes, the moisture cap the boiler will accept, and the unloading point before asking for a delivered price. Long-haul water weight from the south is part of the cost, not an afterthought.
Use two or three trial loads before locking a monthly volume. Record moisture, piece size, and whether the fuel bridges at the hopper. If the first trucks fail the brief, adjust before scaling.
