Palm fiber is mill mesocarp fiber used as boiler fuel or a blend component where the feed system accepts it. It does not replace PKS in every plant. Fiber flows and bridges differently from shell.
Admine briefs calorific value above 2,700 kcal/kg and moisture max 40% by weight. Volume follows mill runs, so monthly bands should be discussed, not assumed.
Ask engineering whether belts, screws, and silos take fiber without bridging. Put that answer on the RFQ with monthly tonnes, moisture cap, blend ratio if any, and the unloading point.
Do not order fiber as a drop-in for a PKS-only hopper. Trial two or three loads and watch the hopper before scaling.
