Whole EFB is empty fruit bunch as it leaves the mill, long fiber and all. It stacks and dumps easily if the yard is large. It is not the same RFQ as chopped EFB, which is cut for screws.
Admine briefs calorific value above 1,700 kcal/kg and moisture max 55% by weight for whole bunch. Chopped bunch is often briefed at moisture max 50%. Write whole versus chopped or the quotes mix two handling systems.
Send monthly tonnes, the moisture cap, yard constraints, and the unloading point. Wet weight from the south is part of delivered cost.
Choose whole bunch when the plant has loaders and its own size-reduction. Choose chopped bunch when the feeder needs short pieces. Do not blend both in one pile until the recipe is set.
