A whole EFB supplier should say whole bunch, not a vague “EFB” line that might mean chopped. Offers that skip the form are not comparable.

Ask weekly volume, a wet-weather plan, and whether dump trucks fit the unloading point. Water weight from the south is part of delivered cost.
