Palm fiber is mill fiber, not shell. Plants whose screws and silos were built for PKS often cannot take fiber even when the tonne price looks low.
Get engineering sign-off on bridging risk, then lock moisture. Admine briefs calorific value above 2,700 kcal/kg and moisture max 40% by weight.
Ask what monthly band the mill cycle can hold, and whether the cargo is fired alone or blended with PKS. A seller who never asks about the hopper is not briefing the same job.
