Wet fiber burns payload and energy per tonne. Admine briefs moisture max 40% by weight and calorific value above 2,700 kcal/kg. Quotes without a moisture cap are not comparable.
A plant that cannot feed fiber will pay for cargo it cannot burn. Fit at the screw matters more than the lowest paper price.
