Vague RFQs create incomparable quotes. Name the exact product (PKS, EFB, chopped EFB, fiber, wood chip), monthly tonnes, and whether you need delivered-at-plant.

Add moisture and ash caps, delivery point, truck limits, weighbridge rules, and sampling method. Ask how the seller covers rain or mill downtime.

Request two or three trial loads before locking a long volume band.
